Richard Fenton is uniquely qualified to teach and motivate people to reach increased levels of performance with twenty-five years experience as a salesperson, store and district manager and training director for some of America's most prestigious retailers. In 1997 Rich began designing and delivering training presentations, workshops and keynotes for meetings and conferences - specializing in the retail industry. He has worked closely with and presented to numerous retail organizations including JC Penney, Finish Line, CompUSA, Things Remembered, and Electronics Boutiques to name a few. Rich is the co-author of two books for the retail industry and a third book, "Go For No! The Ultimate Strategy for Failing Your Way to Success!"
